Our hatchery is designed to produce strong, uniform gamebirds at scale. Advanced single-stage incubators, precisely controlling temperature, humidity and airflow, are continuously monitored to match embryos’ needs from set to hatch. Modular setter and hatcher layouts, supported by dedicated heating, cooling, humidification, and ventilation, maintain stable conditions throughout each machine. Carefully engineered airflow moves conditioned air evenly over the eggs, ensuring proper gas exchange, moisture balance, and consistent development without hot or cold spots.

This precise control supports tight hatch windows, producing closely matched, vigorous day-old chicks. With a capacity exceeding one million birds annually, our hatchery delivers strong, healthy birds that grow into dependable, hard-flying gamebirds ready for the field.
